20 Schools Already Signed Up For “vyCOOL se!” Programme

On Wednesday September 9th, the “vyCOOL se!” programme will be launched. It consists of around forty competitions and sport activities which will additionally accompany ODM 2010 and EYOWF 2011. More than twenty primary and secondary schools have already applied for the additional programme designed for students as well as their teachers.
The programme “vyCOOL se!” was introduced to the head teachers of the Liberec Region in mid-June and the beginning of July. Representatives of the EYOWF 2011 Organising Committee introduced all the additional activities in which the schools can participate in over the following eighteen months.
At present, there are 10 primary and 13 secondary schools from the Liberec Region involved in the programme “vyCOOL se!”which has the aim of motivating young pupils and students to become involved in various sport activities and spend their spare time in an active way. In the preparatory week from August 24th – 28th, the organisers will present the programme once again in a meeting with head teachers of primary schools and representatives from the town. The application deadline is not set and the programme “vyCOOL se!” can be joined at any time.
