Photo upload information:
When submitting digital images, please use a JPEG file which has an image size between 50kb to 100kb.
All photos must adhere to these guidlines:
- the photo should be an accurate linkeness of the application
- the photo must be in colour; black and white photos will not be accepted
- photos must be taken with uniform lighting and not shown shadows of flash reflection on the face and head
- photos must show a full front view of the face with both edges of the face showing clearly
- the face and shoulders must be centered in the photo and squared to the camera
- eyes must be open and clearly visible
- glasses, including tinted ones with prescription, may be worn as long as the eyes are clearly visible. Sunglassess are unacceptable
- hats or head coverings are not permitted except when worn for religious reasons and only if the full facial features are clearly visible
- facial expression must be neutral (not smiling) with the mouth closed
- the backgroud must be plain - white or light blue are recommended
- photo must not be altered in any way
