The Liberec Region hosted the Games of the IV Olympic Days for Children and Youth of the Czech Republic 2010 (ODM 2010) for youth between 10 and 14 years of age from the 31st January to the 5th February 2010,. There were 923 competitors in nine sporting and two art disciplines. The public benefit corporation EYOWF 2011, o. p. s. was commissioned by the Liberec Region to organise this top sporting event in the Czech Republic.

The public benefit corporation EYOWF 2011, o. p. s. is fully in charge of organising the accompanying fun and games programme “vyCOOL se!”, which became an inseparable part of the Games of the IV Olympic Days for Children and Youth of the Czech Republic 2010 (ODM 2010) in the Liberec Region. The programme was created with the aim of providing various free time activities for young people along with offering schools, individuals and the general public around twenty interesting sporting, knowledge and artistic games. The first part lasted from September 2009 until January 2010 and was targeted at children from primary schools in the Liberec Region, as well as from other parts of the Czech Republic. The second part of the programme was targeted at secondary school students and promotion of the 10th European Youth Olympic Winter Festival (EYOWF) 2011 will be launched in April 2010.
